Break Fix Contract
Some facilities require the same comprehensive coverage, security and assurance of a guaranteed on-site response, but do not have the ability to shut down for an annual preventative maintenance check. An Important role for MIS’s daily activity is providing coverage for any emergency or failure without the annual preventative maintenance visit.
These Break Fix services involve dispatching a qualified, trained and courteous technician to an end user’s location to investigate and solve hardware problems. The MIS enterprise Technicians are primarily for corporate, retail and campus-based onsite service. These Technicians will be dispatched to your location to repair desktop, laptop/netbook, printer, server, network device, or satellite networking systems. Our Enterprise Technicians support customers requiring high availability (24x7) services and onsite responses on a same-day basis.
